Maple Hill Farm offers year‑round facilities for weddings, memorials, celebrations, receptions, and private gatherings for groups from two to over 200. We provide full custom food and beverage service—including hors d’oeuvres, meeting and event breaks, and buffet or plated meals ranging from traditional New England fare to gourmet cuisine—along with full liquor service. Guests enjoy free wireless high‑speed internet, air‑conditioned spaces, and personalized planning support. As a Certified “Environmental Leader” Green Lodging Establishment, we take pride in sustainable operations. Our grounds feature ample paved and lighted parking and 50 acres of rolling hayfields and woods, creating a beautiful and peaceful backdrop for ceremonies, photos, and outdoor activities.
THE GATHERING PLACE
Our largest and most dramatic event space, The Gathering Place, offers 1,800 sq. ft. of soaring ceilings, a grand fireplace, and abundant natural light with west facing views. Room darkening curtains allow for full ambiance control, and integrated audio and video systems make it easy to personalize your celebration. This space accommodates up to 150 guests' banquet style, with additional capacity available for informal receptions. For larger weddings or receptions, the room can be expanded with an attached tent—adding 900 to 2,250 sq. ft. and seating up to 168 at round tables or 200 at rectangular tables. Bi polar ionization air purification ensures a clean, comfortable environment for your guests.
OUTDOOR EVENTS
Our 50 acres of rolling hayfields and woods create a stunning natural backdrop for outdoor ceremonies, photos, receptions, and lobster bakes. Guests enjoy paved and lighted parking, four EV charging stations, and access to trails leading to our wind turbine, swimming hole, and the adjacent 800+ acre Jamie’s Pond Wildlife Management Area.
THE CARRIAGE HOUSE
A charming and versatile 670 sq. ft. space with sweeping views of the fields and our wind turbine, the Carriage House is perfect for rehearsal dinners, intimate weddings, memorial gatherings, and private celebrations. It seats up to 50 banquet style or 80 for a casual reception. The room includes a built in bar, private restrooms, and modern audio visual capabilities, along with bi polar ionization air purification for added comfort.
