Maple Hill Farm provides year‑round facilities ideal for corporate meetings, trainings, conferences, retreats, and group sessions for two to over 200 attendees. We offer full custom food and beverage service, including meeting breaks, hors d’oeuvres, and buffet or plated meals from classic New England fare to gourmet options, as well as full liquor service for receptions. The Inn features free wireless high‑speed internet throughout, state‑of‑the‑art audio‑visual equipment, fully air‑conditioned spaces, and personalized planning services. As a Certified “Environmental Leader” Green Lodging Establishment, we operate with sustainability in mind. Attendees also have access to ample paved and lighted parking and 50 acres of scenic hayfields and woods—an inviting setting for breaks, team‑building, and retreat‑style gatherings.
THE GATHERING PLACE
This 1,800 sq. ft. meeting hall is our premier space for conferences, trainings, and large group sessions. It features integrated audio visual systems, room darkening curtains for presentations, a soaring ceiling, and a spacious layout that accommodates up to 150 participants banquet style or larger numbers for informal sessions. For high capacity events, an attached tent can expand the space by up to 2,250 sq. ft., seating an additional 168–200 attendees. Bi polar ionization air purification supports a clean, healthy meeting environment.
THE GALLERY
A 496 sq. ft. private room featuring local artwork, The Gallery is well suited for workshops, trainings, board meetings, and small presentations. It accommodates 30 participants banquet style, 40 audience style, or 60 for a standing reception. Its quiet, focused environment makes it ideal for strategic planning or team development.
CARRIAGE HOUSE
Ideal for mid sized meetings, breakout sessions, and retreats, the 670 sq. ft. Carriage House offers flexible seating for 50 banquet style or 80 for a reception style setup. The room includes modern AV equipment, private restrooms, a built in bar for receptions, and expansive views that create a refreshing, productive atmosphere. Bi polar ionization air purification enhances comfort for full day sessions.
THE GROUNDS
Our 50 acre property provides ample opportunities for outdoor breakout sessions, team building activities, walking meetings, and retreat style programming. Guests enjoy paved and lighted parking, EV charging stations, and access to scenic trails leading to our wind turbine, swimming hole, and the adjacent 800+ acre Jamie’s Pond Wildlife Management Area.
